Grand Piano Hall

  • No food or drinks on the piano
  • Normal playing only; no striking or excessive force
  • Report any key, string or pedal problem at once
  • No charge for normal wear or adjustment
  • Damage may be charged at inspection and repair cost, based on a piano technician's assessment

Band Room and Upright Room

  • Pack up and leave by the end of your booking
  • No food or drink; bottled water is fine
  • Report any fault or damage right away
  • Deliberate or careless damage may be charged after checking
  • Keep to the number of people booked
